Marianna moved to the UK from Nigeria and has spent time in the Museum getting to know the collections. She was particularly drawn to a mancala on display in the Court as it reminds her of her schooldays playing the game with friends. Mairanna says, 'I came from Nigeria. Coming to the Pitt Rivers Museum has really brought me back lots of memories, seeing all the objects from Nigeria, especially the mancala'.
